Anger

The eye is filled with rage and continues to grow red.

The red continues to expand,

As everything inside me,

Told me to not let the emotion take over.

As it continues to grow,

The cage for rage breaks

As it shatters, the rage goes into flames.

As the flames

Fumes, the tension shortens,

As if it's not there.

Like, what's the point,

Of

Anger,

If it's

not there

at all?
