Anger

Anger is an ugly thing

Sometimes it’s the only thing

Anger is never the answer

Especially for the smallest problems

It tends to reach us at the roughest times

I can no longer bare it

Our anger our fear can be read like a book

That is the only way to tell

Seeing it isn’t as painful as feeling it

Inside

It hits hard

It brings tears to our eyes
