Anger?

I am surrounded by the ones I Love
By those that sacrifice for me
By those that bring me joy
By those that Love me

Yet something sprouts within me
Contained in the prisons of my heart it rages
Testing it's cage built with practiced emotions
It tears at my happiness, at my sense of belonging

And despite the chains constructed from self control and wisdom
It breaks free from behind the bars of my inner most being?
Leaving me shattered
I am broken
