Anger,

Anger,

the feeling of wanting to punch the wall,

the feeling of having so much hate,

the feeling of not wanting to bawl,

the feeling of not wanting to break.

 don't want to show emotion

don't want to cause a scene

 don't want to be seen.

 can't keep these emotions inside

 so my hand I guide

and the emotions are spread wide.

 anger gone

 feel free,

that's what poetry is to me.
