Anger

Dear Anger

You seem to be ever present

Everywhere I turn, you are there

You push me

You pull me

You put me in situations that I never wanted to be in

You make me reach conlusions that I never would have concluded

You make me believe things that I did not believe in

And I let you

From this moment on

I will not let you

I am in control

I hold the key

I will not try to push others away

I will not try to get my way

I will not hurt others for my own gain

I will open up

I will compromise

will help
