Angry is My Name

Angery is My Name

Anger burrows in my soul and feeds a fire tha burns bright

I look out the window and into my problems and see the danger and fright

I feel the heat raise to my head and my ears are bright

I try to stop it

Not to rock this world

Not to hurt a soul

A hold back and stuff it down

Because I know, if not to hold I will drop my crown

I loose myself, try not to cry, and make my mother proud

Leave me be and let me leave

I keep my head in the clouds

To focus on school, to focus on me and love what's in the mirror

I will reside, in myself and I will finally see her

The girl in which I long to be
