Ann Nguyen
She is gone
Yes! Ann Nguyen, our beloved one, has gone.
She is gone from this wrecked world where
the air is in pollution
As I know,
She wanted to be out of the cage at some point
To get fresh air to breath
Alas!!! She couldn't make it!
Ann Nguyen, our soul, our heart
She struggled to breathe but could not
Covid-19 was right on her way!
I wonder if her eyes were searching for life
I believe,
She looks for her loved one with terrible pain
She wanted to be with Olive to play
Gabby, Alex to spread her love
Was she trying to live her life a little more?
Yes! She was
She cried for sure, just like us on the way going
We do not see; we couldn't see.
What all we know is she is no more!
There will not be a bright afternoon anymore;
Without her!
There won't be a life in the fragrance of flower anymore
It will be hard to see butterflies, insects;
They all declared rebellion in the darkness of night.
Covid-19 took our Boss away, without permission
Is it fair? No! Not at all
It is making our life pathetic today
We can not sleep anymore
Neither can we be awake to see the sunshine
Without Nguyen, our life is just blank!
