Annie

On an island

In the sea

There’s no Annie,

Only me

Annie...

Long blonde hair

Brilliant, intelligent

Beauty beyond compare

Nevertheless

I do not despair

God’s love is more

heh-teh-dai-ee

Than any woman

Who abandoned me
