All I ever wondered All I ever wanted To dream and draw as you do To be as graceful as you You opened to me the reason to create It's not easy to create beauty Even if on paper You did it so simply and sweetly A God of paper You drove lightning into my soul Showing to me a reason to grow Expand my strokes beyond the middle Each stroke like a branch to a tree Make a silhouette of everything I am Everything I find important for you to know I'm just beginning learning to walk on pebbles You lead the way dancing on rocks My fairy teacher you showed to me the way The way to create something beautiful It's more than just pencil and paper It means a smile or a tear It means emotion To express is to grow Never regret a stroke in your canvas life It only helped your roots extend My dancing teacher so wise She showed to me the meaning of creating Something school could never show to me My teacher of everything You showed to me what it means to leave To ache to not be taught My inspiration still grows everyday Only because you struck me with that lightning I'd thank you forever For always and ever To make me a new person You created something to be beautiful To create beautiful To dream beautiful beyond a horizon.
