Anonimity
I keep hiding.
Hiding myself, hiding the fact that I’m about to blow.
I keep lying.
Lying to myself, about what’s real and what isn't.
I can’t stay like this forever.
Eventually they’re all gonna find out.
All I’ve said, all I’ve sung.
All of it will be revealed.
I can’t let them know,
I can’t let them see.
I have to stay like this.
Not just for me,
I have to hide for them.
I can’t hold in the darkness much longer.
I have to keep it locked up.
It must be kept in check.
If not me, who else?
If the door gets opened, I might be lost forever.
So I have to keep it a secret.
I have to keep the fact that I’m insane hidden.
I have to keep the darkness hidden deep inside of me to never escape.
My only regret,
Is not being able to believe.
But if you trust me,
Know that I love you.
And ironically,
I have to keep that a secret from you too.
