another day

wondering withstands
breath after breath
in faith working to attain
the freedom of silence
spirit occupies to create
as life is a sequence of number and tone
i seek words that keep the promise of growth
as change is inevitable
to feel the pangs of rebirth
to apologize and learn
to forget and remain in peace
as pieces scattered like dead leaves
and scars grew into new skin
