Another day

Another day

Another tear shed

It seems that is all my life is

Another tear

and another

over and over

tears

pouring down my cheeks

their salty taste

Their wetness on my face

My days go on

with yet more tears

They won't stop

I wonder if they ever will

Another day passes

More tears are shed

My heart can't take this.

But I have to live

I have to hide my tears.

I have to be there

For my friends

For my family

I still need to stand by them

even though everyday is

another day

and another tear
