Another day, Another life: letter to the opps
Another one of my brothers lives taken away now
We keep screaming for justice but they constantly hunting us down
How do our ways of living affect you, fuck we all just breathing the same
Except for George Floyd man you fucking put your knee on his neck
Till mans was on his last breath
But when Kaepernick went down on his, y'all disagreed with that step ?
Even in times like these, y'all still adding bodies like reaper
Told y'all my brother's my keeper but how will he be if he's already been killed bruh
Two popped in the back, kneel on his neck til he's dead, two against one and "he was a threat" they said
Man I hated your people since I found out ours they killing, and that in every generation y'all keep taking our shit, that the only language y'all speak is hate and racism on my negus
You bilingual ass bitches
Chance say sometimes the truth don't rhyme
Revolution got love in it but it's not full of it
Can't even say "can we go back to how it used to be" shit ain't never changed
First the hanging and the chains now it's bullets in our brains
and momma have to deal with my t-shirt and all the bloody stains
Blood, come outta Babylon or their actions will remain the same
Lions can but animals like them cannot be tamed
nostalgia hit me, I saw this black image somewhere cause like us, history's being repeated and framed
We can no longer walk in silence and keep our feelings contained
For long enough your bullshit has been sustained
Uh but the fact remains,
that your job is to kill my people till we all covered in your pig stains
