Another Night
Another night I stay awake from your screams
I was in deep sleep
My heart raced
Another night I let you keep me up
I can't hold it in anymore
You never stop
Another night you keep her restless
She doesn't show it, but I know
It's in her eyes
Another night you push her away
You push us all away
I miss you
Another night you allow the poison to slowly kill you
Consuming life
We hide from it
Another night I lie here crying
It's your get-away
But from what?
Another night I wished you cared
Love is there, indeed
But if you truely cared
Another night wouldn't pass by with me wishing you did
To be there for me
To be here for us
Another night goes by
Maybe tomorrow will be better
Even if it is, the pain is still there
Another night I still love you
I want you here
Not out there
Another night I dream of you
