Another Poem About How Rain Clensed Me or Something

And today In the middle of the morning The sky decided to cry along with me... You see I had storms in my face that flushed my cheeks red and flooded my eyes With water works and dread. But the sky said today, "Don't cry. That is our job. Your rain drops aren't here to let flowers grow But instead to let people know That you are in need of a cleansing. So stand out here Beneath my cry And bathe in all of that That made you mine. Stand next to the ripples in the water And let me sprinkle onto you Just enough to clear your mind And let you move through the day." I could only smile and say, "Thank you rain."
