Another Sleepless Morning

One o'clock and I'm already up,

hair is wet, toothbrush in the cup

I'm dressed fresh and out the door,

until I realize it's not even four.

Two comes round and I'm back in bed

so done with life I can’t escape my head

you even stop in and ask if I am Dead™

No but I'd rather take that instead.
