Another Statistic

Dear Irrelevant Father,

I just dropped out of high school

To be just like you, irrelevant

Another statistic

Are you happy now?

I'm just like you

You never motivated me

To be something, so

I became average

Just like you

Now that I've dropped out

I have a head start on my life

All ahead of me

I can live in my dream house

The crack house

Legend for newbie dropouts

See, your passing on a legend

I can now walk the streets

With confidence

Just LIKE YOU DID

OMG, is this the part

When you start crying?

Oh, I'm sorry

For being just like you

That won't be nothing

Never will be anything

Just another statistic

Just Like You
