In Another Story

Like a leaf blown by wind Uncertain when to fall Still trying to cling Even obliged to go
Just drifting and empty Gliding like a feather Unsure where it will land And no one seems to care
Forsaken by its twig While longing for its soul Hoping for tomorrow Or a place in the soil
Its almost set as done But heaven has more plans As eyes’ about to close A damsel chanced to glance
At once, the falling leaf A butterfly, it turned Can’t help but have a glimpse On an angel aground
Like a moth in the dark Attracted by her flame Even limping, float near And the feelings were tamed
And so, its not yet done Awakened by a dream A lovely heart just came Rescued a broken wing.

This is filled with beautiful imagery, but more importantly is its message of hope. The rhymes and wording are very nicely done.
