Another Year Gone By

At high school you have lots of friends

But right now lets start beginning to end

Freshman year... no big deal

But with all the drama you want the pain to heal

Sophomore year... not much goes on

You're halfway there so don't do wrong

Junior year... you're just a step away

But that's not my future today

Senior year... you're finally here

But why do I have so much fear

My adult life is finally going to start

Now I see we're all drifting apart

It's time to say good-bye

Until we meet again beyond the sky
