Anton

We met back in sophomore year in Spanish. Considering that we both hated taking Spanish and were the new kids, we instantly clicked. You always made me laugh. I knew you had depression but… it was weird. We had fun together. I never really made sense out of that. You dropped me off at home that night, a little past midnight. I should have asked you if something was wrong. That night, we went to a carnival. Then we went to see a movie. The next night I lied in bed wide awake and I kept wondering… if there was something… at the carnival, or in the movie, or some reason. Something I missed. I just keep trying to look for answers. You had survived so much. Why that night?
