Antony & Cleopatra

Should I deem you as the sea we’ve sailed upon? You are intense, alluring and tempting Swept up in her tides I am at dawn Off to battle, she is constantly beckoning Dark and chilling waters lapping at my feet Her rolling waters cannot be confined Conjuring raging storms to destroy my fleet Fiery chills run down my back from her breath of winds But your tides are not predictable Never have you blinded me with your bright light Neither have you ever been incapable You are powerful, never in a plight Where-ever our duties leave us to roam We shall always unite at our home in Rome
