Anxiety

Dear Brain,

It feels like I'm drowning, running out of air as quick as it comes.

Being crushed under the weight of your fears and insecurities.

These negative thoughts fill my lungs and consume your thoughts.

I have nowhere to go and I feel all alone.

You say ending the pain is the only way.

But I say, in my small voice, there has to be another.

If I can just hold on, there are people who love you.

They love us both and what we create together.

I'm not alone, and neither are you.

Love,

Heart

This is a look into the conflicts of Heart and Brain while suffering from Anxiety.

Written from the Heart's perspective to the Brain.

Shows how you can conflict as a person even when suicidal and suffering.
