anxiety

I hate odd numbers.

a-n-x-i-e-t-y.

7 letter that continue to haunt my dreams- the fear.

The fear of the dark because you might be standing there-

in the corner where I cannot see you.

But you see me, lying there still and breathing.

You come to me when it is most inconvenient-

In the grocery store when all I needed was some bread but no!

"He may be here" an ominous whisper but a scream so loud it wakes me in my sleep.

I hate odd numbers...

I-A-N.
