Anxiety

You come and you go but you never stay long

Not saying that I miss you

I'm actually quite glad when you're gone.

You make me want to scream and cry

So it shouldn't be a surprise I love it when you say goodbye.

I just wish you would never come back

However confidence is something I often lack.

So here you are to say hello again

It's great to have you back dear old friend.
