anxiety


There's a day when circles turn into squares and squares turn into circles. Yells turns into whispers , and whispers turn into yells. She starts shaking feeling the walls come in, she's losing control now, and you thought you had all your words in a song. People ask her If she's okay , & She responds “yes I'm perfectly fine.” but she didn't know how to tell them that she isn't, because in her head there's words scattering saying “you're not good enough, you need to focus !”. In her life everything's a mess, and she wants to explain but she can't find the words to say

That she isn't okay… and she calls this

anxiety...
