Anxiety

I am  afraid to speak  my mind because what if I

speak  the wrong things, Education is the only interest

worthy the deep , controlling anxiety  I cannot tell  myself

what will happen  but I can tell  myself it will be different

when the light pour in. For as long as I can  remember I

have stuffered from a deep  feeling of anxiety which

have tried to express my  words.  Sometime I get  so sad that

it is hard to breathe so  can anyone tell  me how do you

expect me to  talk  about my words when  they  are sitting

on my lungs and my heart.
