Anxiety

I'm drowning.

Can you hear my cries?

I'm calling for help.

For someone.

Anyone.

Why don't you hear me?

I can't shake their lies.

It burns.

My lungs...

They scream for air.

My mind begs for peace.

Save me.

Hold me and tell me that I am okay.

Please.

I need you.

I'm calling for help.

For someone.

For you.

Can you hear my cries?

I'm drowning inside my own mind.
