ANXIETY

Thoughts

No

Worries

Worries zip across my mind

Anxious

Nervous

Stressed

Breathe

You forgot to breathe

Am I stepping on cracks

Or spaces

Two bites on the left

Two bites on the right

Do I look normal

Almost across the street

They aren’t looking at you

This isn’t The Truman Show

Breathe

You forgot to breathe

You can do it

Just get up

Get out of bed

Make a list

One goal at a time

Make it to the end of the day

Try your best

That’s all anyone can do

Breathe

You do not have to be perfect

Missed opportunities

Never again

Try something new

Smile

Breathe

Thoughts

Yes

Thoughts zip across my mind

Relax

Unclench your jaw

One goal at a time

You're doing it

I'm breathing
