Anxiety

A pressure that gathers at your chest

Constant headaches

And the feeling of suffocating

Because of constant thoughts

They boggle around in your mind

And show no sign of leaving

The remedy

Release  all of the thought that hide away in your mind

Vent your frustrations

cry it out

Meditate

Clear your mind
