ANXIETY

Imagine feeling incredibly small. That if you disappear no one will notice at all. Imagine feeling so terrified. That all you want is to run and hide. Imagine feeling that awful dread. Of dying when you're asleep in your bed. Imagine that feeling of knots in your tummy. When you wake up filled with worry. Imagine your mind is muddled and hazy. All you want is to sleep but then you're called lazy. Imagine when your mind leads you down the wrong path. There's no light at the end of that tunnel only dark. Imagine a feeling of total panic. Feeling out of control and totally manic. Imagine if your heart is pounding and racing. You can't sit still you keep on pacing. Imagine that feeling of being totally fake. A smile on your face but inside ready to break. Imagine that feeling of being all alone. You're with friends but it's like your on your own. All of these symptoms and these feelings. Can cause you stress and set you reeling. It's what panic attacks and anxiety do. Bring sorrow and distress to you. Sadly so many don't have to imagine. Everyday to them feelings like this happen. It's what anxiety can do. Be wary it can happen to me or you.

As a writer & a creator, I'm giving you my experiences. But just take what I give you. You ain't got to pry beyond that.
