Anxiety
Ever wonder what goes on in a person's own mind especially when they feel locked away with no way out nowhere to run it's already late for me but do you ever get so irritable for no known reason do you ever get told 1 thing an poof 10000000 things start spiraling outta control in your head an you don't know how to control it let alone stop it nope nore do I but I know one thing anxiety an PTSD are my real struggles but I don't let it show for the past 8 years I have been fighting a fight that has destroyed me tore me to pieces but yet I remain an who would know my story or my kids story this all started years ago but for me at times it feels like a lifetime ago or it feels like it was just yesterday wea my life turned upside down. My real struggle now is will my anxiety ever fade or will it just highten as each day passes will my PTSD become beareable an let me take control will I finally be able to escape this prison inside my head. I'm over the irrational thoughts, the broken sleep, the overthinking, the feeling of not being enough I'm tired of feeling like a puppet I want to be the master of my own life an not feel like a disciple
