anxiety
It suffocates me. My heart pounds so fast and so loud that I can no longer hear myself think. THe soound dis deafening. Then I find myself hyperventilating because I can no longer hear any one talk. I curl in on myself, wanting some sort of comfort but they only see me as being clongy or I need to control it. Can you control a hydra monster? If there is one thing I could change about myself is the anxiety I am controlled by every single day of my life.
