Anxiety Attack

I can't breathe

I'm surrounded by people

but I have never

been so alone

I feel the walls

closing in around me

I'm shaking

uncontrollably now

I'm scared

hyperventalating

and on the verge of tears

and I don't know why

The world is spinning

faster by the second

the smallest sounds

Are deafening

I hate anxiety

I hate depression

and right now

I hate this life
