Anxiety has won
Dear Anxiety
I can't breathe.
I can't breathe.
At least I think I feel like, I cant breathe.
The world is so big.
Yet I am so small.
I can't leave my house.
I can't leave my room.
I can't leave my bed.
I can't breathe .
I can't breathe.
I can not think straight.
I can not feel.
I cant not see.
I can't breathe.
I can't breathe.
You have over powered me.
You have swept in like a theif in the night.
I am your slave.
My heart is pumping outside my chest.
My head is throbbing.
I am sufficating.
You have won.
I can't breathe.
I can't breathe.
