Anxiety in the mind

Anxiety is a mental disorder 

something that messes with the way your cells in your brain work 

I myself deal with anxiety 

It even keeps me from driving sometimes 

in the darkest of times 

I even begin to think something's wrong with my heart 

there is always a reason someone has anxiety either 

sometimes it just comes on 

and I want to run 

but you learn to deal with it 

or even take medicine 

anxiety is a mental illness
