Anxiety Triggers
The shaking from head to toes,
the drug demeaning, the depth of the hollow bones.
It keeps you staring into oblivion,
The merciless unease shaking brokenness of your soul
making you wail in a locked room to mourn the death of you.
The seriousness of mental health.
