Anxious

I feel lost,

And when I feel lost I get anxious,

And when i get anxious i can't breathe.

But I’m always anxious.

Always holding my breath,

Seeing through fragmented tears,

And choking on those words that can’t seem to escape my lips,

I need help.

And when I need help I don’t ask for it.

When I don’t ask for it, i lose oxygen,

And when I lose oxygen...
