Anything is Awesome

Everything is awesome

And so I smile big

The summer blues won't get me down

No, I won't be afraid.

Everything is awesome

They keep telling me that's true

The weather's great, just hang with friends

And there's no school to do.

But everything's not awesome

The summer blues are here

I've lost a lot of loved ones

I feel a lot of fear.

But even though the sun leaves burns

and scars upon my skin

I think I'll keep my smile on

Because this year I realized something.

Everything's not awesome

But anything can be great

It's up to me how I feel

No one can control my mind.

So everything is awesome

And summer's almost done

Anything can be awesome

This is my decision to make.
