Apathy

Have you heard of the Boogles

So rich, so cool, simply like

Gods to us. Just use google

To see them, to follow Spike

Boogles and his band of friends

It never ends, never ends.

In fact, what goes on elsewhere

Doesn’t even phase me at all

Nope, nope, simply do not care

The weak, starving, poor, and small

Forget it! I won’t hear it.

Let’s just watch Spike getting fit

See him go, droning on like

Everything’s great, all so “dank”

All while the teachers go strike,

The government serves the bank

And war rages on, miles far

Not seen, not cared like a car

Apathy is rampant now

Wont be long till we endow

A Kardashian as head

Then we’ll know we are brain-dead.
