Aphrodite: The Beauty Queen

The story of my life; "I'm not looking for anything serious"

It seems no matter what I say, they want nothing more than my body

I am nothing but a visual, with no dimension, at least with how they see it

I so desperately want love, that feeling of heart to heart connection with someone that is not sexual

Girl dreams of undeniable beauty, but I yearn for mere value

This time is synthetic, so based on looks such as praising those who managed to be born "Lucky"

I don't mean to be "that girl", the one who says beauty should be in the eye of the beholder

but that is what I want so desperately, to be treasured for my smarts, my personality

I just want to be treated like a person
