Apologies

Im sorry I'm not her.

I'm sorry my eyes don't sparkle a wonderful shade of green that makes your heart stop.

And that my body isnt small and mysterious.

I'm sorry my hair isn't thick and full, the kind you just want to run your hands through all day.

I know I'm hard to love, but I'll do anything I can to show you your worth.

Even though my eyes are a shitty shade of brown, my body is old news, and my hair reflects my life-- a tangled mess.

You're everything.

I'm sorry I can't be like all the other girls.

But I'll do everything possible to make you happy

I'm sorry.
