Apology


To those of you who lost their lives, I wish that you could hear the cries, Of your husbands, brothers, sisters, and wives, You never, EVER, deserved to die. Caught in a world so full of hate That devours the innocent, no time to wait... I wish I didn't know your face, Go back again to that time and place, When we were strangers, you and I, To know you is to know you died...
