Application Anxiety

I've worked my whole life

just to prove my worth.

I've pushed myself,

skipped parties to study.

Now is the moment of truth.

The moment where the next four years

of my life will be spent.

Please let me in.

I'll get on my hands and knees.

I just need to show them that I'm not stupid.

I didn't waste my time.

Ten seconds,

nine seconds,

eight, seven, six,

I hope I get in,

two,one.
