Après

Stars above me

In the sky,

I try to quiet my raging mind

As stars above me peacefully fly.

They said if you wish upon a star,

It will always come true

But everytime I see the stars,

I can't help but think of you.

The pain resurfaces and it remains,

I wish I could be born anew

And break my chains, these awful chains,

The chains placed here by you.
