Arachne and Her Webs

" I challenge any God or Goddess and I do believe That I may weave more beautiful and elegant than them."- Archne

Truly a mistake of arrogance, for I have fallen to the punishable elegance. The Goddess Athena looks upon me with fury, for I have truly come to bury. A warth unknown to me, a mere mortal, for I have been saken. The crowds, the elegance, the beauty, for what? I am now just a mere spider. Crafting webs upon webs to seen be laid to bed. My children form all over the world, now have my gift. But oh silly Athena..... she gave me a power I will hone, I will always be the center of attention wether it be old or new. For generations, people have feared my kind. Oh yes sweet Athena I am now the villian in your history books. For I am no little spider....I am what you mortals fear....I am a spider. I engage phobia in the young and the old, the pretty and the ugly....but do not get me wrong, for I weave more elegantly than ever, knowing of a power I have recived. For truly I am just a mere spider.
