Are They Really Angels?

Are They Really Angels Are they really angels, the innocents in need While they seem as devils, evil and needy with greed They are clingy when sick, sticky and wanting hugs Are they not similar to questionable bugs The babies, who seem so sweet, asleep in silent slumber Are criminals when on their feet Destroying all that is beautiful and precious to the eyes Creating in their paths hearts full of sighs Parents beware the nuances of love, joy and bliss You can't see the good for all the icky mess Children are so pleasant and angelic when they rest But parents know it's the only time they are at their best.
