Are We Done Yet?

Those eyes, all they

carried were lies.

That pain, it felt like

More a loss than a gain;

A huge loss

That came with a cost.

Who was I?

Who were you?

What were we?

Who are you to tell me?

But please, tell me,

Why?

If you cannot look me

Straight in the eye,

then why even try?

All those moments that

I just want to forget

All I can say is,

Are we done yet?
