Are You Afraid?

I look outside my window

But all I see is you

Waving your arm left and right

Wondering what am I to do

I close the curtains

But once I turn around

There you are

And I'm left wondering what you have found

You look me in the eyes

And grunt with those crooked teeth

I realize there is no where left to run

No where left to flee

You grab me by the hand

And look into me with those red eyes

With that piercing voice that kills me inside

I shiver and cry

For I am afraid

Of what my fears have to hide.
