ARIEL

All the world’s sadness reflects in her eyes.
Deep empty depths of dark longing pain.

Multitudes countless millenniums passed.
Ghostly residue flickers her irides;

In haze clouded shapes the lingering wails
reside withal her long storied beauty;
She’s labored to carry about fatigued.
Ever gawsy and bright her path is lit.
