Into The Arms of The Father
It's love so unexplainable, I can hardly speak. It's grace so undeniable, I can hardly think.
Peace, so overwhelming I can hardly breathe, as you pull me closer still, as you pull me closer to the heart of the Father.
On the cross with arms open wide, you showered me with grace, filled me with your peace.
Displayed a love for me like no other that propelled you to a cross, with nailed scarred hands, only to set this sinner free, drawing me closer into your arms!
Into your arms I come, as I am Lord, I come.
Into the arms of the Father, I find everything I have ever needed!
Into the arms of grace. Into the arms of love. Into the arms of my Savior.
Into the arms of the Father, my striving ceases, no fear. no shame. no chains remain.
With you, there's only a love that's eternal, unbreakable, unconditional, and unending.
I bring my doubts, mistakes, my failures, my broken pieces no one else sees, and lay them down at the altar.
Death has lost its grip on me, the grave has lost its power, now I'm dancing on the grave I once lived in.
For in your arms I rise in freedom, I live in victory won for me on the cross, and I will shout it, I will sing it, on the mountaintops and in the valleys low.
Worthy, worthy is the Lamb who was slain, worthy of all my praise.
As long as I'm breathing, I've got a reason to praise the Lord Almighty, the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Alpha and the Omega!
To God alone be all the glory, all the honor, all the praise forever and ever without end!
